Use-Less AI helps you pause before opening AI tools. When a supported AI app, website, or CLI tool is opened, the app asks for a short intention check so you can decide whether the task really needs AI or whether it is worth thinking through yourself first.

Notes

This is an early beta. Some behavior may change as we learn from test users. Feedback is especially useful around false positives, confusing access decisions, permission setup, and cases where the pause feels either too strict or too weak.
